Patience is a virtue.......

That I am seriously starting to lack!!!! I still have not heard a word, not even a hint from the Peace Corps placement office about my country. I did speak to someone briefly to check up on the process of my medical clearance and all I got was that they didn't receive it until Feb, 22nd ( I sent it Feb 7th - come on postal service, it only had to be sent across town) and that someone was definitely working on it. While that eases my mind a bit and I at least know my information hasn't been lost into he abyss - it would help immensely if I could just find out already. It doesn't only just suck for me - but for all my friends and family and co-workers who keep asking me if I have found out yet. Then I have see their disappointed faces when I fail to rattle off some exciting locale. All I want to do is to know my destination so that I can start researching the country and attempt to even brush up on some vocab in whatever crazy language it is that I will be speaking for the next two years.
